The female thread brass ball valve joints with the end of the pipes. It's necessary to control the length of the male thread in the end of the pipes, avoiding deformation of the valve. If distortion occurs to the brass ball valve, the sealing performance may be bad.
It needs to use the wrench to tighten the pipe thread valve in the hexagonal or octagonal parts, not the other side of the brass ball valve. Wrong installation may also cause distortion of the valve.
The flange valve planned to be connected should not only be in consistent with the required size of the pipe flange, but also with the nominal pressure.
